Dana Bell presents Archival Show and Tell #4, US Navy Interwar Camouflage Experiments, 1935/36. This fascinating research includes ten watercolour artworks of proposed schemes for US Navy aircraft from the archives.
In association with Dana's reference piece, Steven Eisenman depicts six of these colourful schemes on a bunch of Lindberg 1/48 scale F11C kits. 15 photos and a description are included.

I have checked reference drawings (Luftwaffe Verband magazine Issue 13 and Mermet) made a couple of additional observations about the filler ports and the gun troughs in my review of Revell's 1/32 scale Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-10 Erla kit.

With Revell about to release a 1/32 scale Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-10 Erla version, BarracudaCals has announced two forthcoming decal sheets for these fascinating late-war Gustavs. Images and information have been posted to a preview page.
