Dornier Do 217M-1

Here are some pictures of my 1/48 scale vacform MPM Dornier Do 217M-1.

I made a lot of modifications on this kit.

It was modeled after a picture of Manfred Ghriel’s Do 217/317/417 book.

All national markings and fuselage codes were airbrushed using hand cut masks and rub down lettering, except for the swastika on the tail.

The model was painted using Model Master Enamel paints in their excellent RLM range.

The pictures were taken outdoors on my terrace on a sunny day with a Fuji Digital camera.
