David Doyle Books News #45
Publishing news from Milan, TN

Dear Friends,
Several of you have reached out asking how we are - or offering prayers, which we deeply appreciate. Based on the number of emais, I presume that the weather in our area has made national news.
Here is a brief update: Denise and I are fine, and our home is fine. Since our last newsletter we have had several tornado warnings, various "areas of rotation" have passed VERY near, and we have had "hurricane force" straight line winds, and a great deal of lightning. The latter two in turn have brought about hours of power outages - not only for us but most of the county.
We have also had torrential rain - with the local news reporting somewhere between 9 and 16 inches in the past 3-4 days. The photo above was taken out our front door yesterday afternoon (during the daylight!). The rain has brought about several road closures - including the four-lane US highway that we take into town - and that UPS/FedEx/USPS uses to serve us.
For these reasons, since Friday we have fallen a little behind on our shipping, but expect to catch up soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Since our last newsletter, we do have some new product announcements:
We have also launched a new drawing - visit our homepage at DavidDoyleBooks.com for the details!
Denise and I appreciate your concerns and prayers, and ask that you pray for the others in our area who have not been so fortunate as us and have lost their homes or families.
Sincerely,
David and Denise Doyle
