Eduard has expanded its range of accessories for the Revell 1/32 scale Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-2, 4 and 6 kits.
Tonight I review two of Eduard's recent Gustav upgrades.
632214 - Eduard BRASSIN Bf 109 G Undercarriage Legs for Revell Kits
These undercarriage legs should be suitable for all Bf 109 G variations.

Eduard has released a set of two undercarriage legs and undercarriage doors in grey 3d printed resin. This is a departure from previous Eduard undercarriage leg sets that have been presented in cast bronze.
The 3d printed undercarriage legs should be easy and fast to free from their resin printing artefacts.

Oleo scissors and hydraulic lines have been authentically depicted.

The resin main gear covers are attached to thin strips that will be fast and easy to clean up with a sharp hobby knife and a sanding stick.

Casting is remarkable. The parts are translucent in places.
632215 - Eduard BRASSIN Bf 109 G Wheels for Revell Kits
These wheels will be best suited to Bf 109 late G-4, G-6 and G-14, but check your references carefully!

This is a simple drop-fit replacement for the kit's main and tail wheels. Eduard's replacement wheels are cast in grey resin and presented as one part each.

They are subtly bulged and flattened. Eduard's resin wheels also feature crisper surface textures including the tread pattern and hub structure.
Self adhesive painting masks are included too.

Cleanup should be fast and simple. A few swipes with a razor saw for each wheel should do the trick.
These BRASSIN gear legs and wheels are quick and noticeable improvements over the plastic parts. They will be useful investments for your Revell 1/32 scale Messerschmott Bf 109 G kits.
Thanks to Eduard for the review samples
