Modelu is based in England are produce a vast range of 3D printed animals, people and largely railway accessories in a variety of scales - a search of their web-site - www.modelu3d.co.uk - will reveal an astounding range of items that will appeal to the military, railway and diorama builder in whatever scale you prefer. Just select a subject, select your scale from 1/144 to 1/16 and Bob’s your uncle! All at what looks like a reasonable price.

This is a pair of figures with a chap sitting reading his newspaper while a mate cuts his hair to RAF standards no doubt.
Both figures are superbly printed with excellent details that show no signs of striations and the finesse of items such as the chair legs, newspaper and scissors(!) are just great.

A colour image on the cover shows the necessary painting colours.

The printing pillars are all very fine and are easily removed with a sharp set of side-cutters and then cleaned up with a sharp blade - these took no more than ten minutes to be ready for a wash and paint.

I can imagine using these figures and others in the range to liven up a diorama such as an airfield ‘at ease’ scene. Highly recommended to modellers in any of the major scales.
