Advantages:	High level of detail that will result in an even more impressive Airfix 1:48 scale Bristol Bulldog Mk.II.

Recommendation:	The use of the LOOK resin instrument panel will result in a better detailed cockpit. The addition of the photo-etched harness straps will also be a highly visible upgrade. The BRASSIN PRINT wheels and seat are also noticeable improvements compared to the kit parts. All recommended.

Eduard has expanded its range of accessories for the recent Airfix 1:48 scale Bulldog Mk.II kit.

Tonight I review three of Eduard's useful upgrades for this nice kit.

Item No. 644284 - Eduard LOOK Bulldog Mk.II for Airfix kit.

Eduard's "LooK" instrument panel is 3d printed in black resin with colour printed dials, bezels, switches and knobs.

Printing on my sample is in register and although the dials aren't actually readable, they are quite convincing.

The lenses of the instruments are finished in a glassy, glossy finish.

As a nice bonus, this set also includes the appropriate Eduard STEEL harness straps.

These are more flexible than the standard Eduard photo-etched straps, and they also feature subtle half tones.

Item No. 6481045 - Eduard BRASSIN PRINT Bulldog Wheels for Airfix kit

These are a simple upgrade for the kit wheels.

Two conventionally cast grey resin wheels are included. The wheels are one piece each.

Rendering is very nice with fabric wheel covers printed in place plus crisp stitching.

The axle nut and detail behind the fabric covers are also present.

Self-adhesive die-cut masks are included.

Instructions are included.

Item No. 48930 - Eduard BRASSIN PRINT Bulldog Seat for Airfix kit

Yet another easy but effective update from Eduard for the Airfix 1/48 scale Bristol Bulldog Mk.II.

The seat is 3d printed in grey coloured resin.

The resin seat is securely packaged in a plastic crystal case, stuck to the inside with double sided clear tape.

Some care will be reauired when removing the printing stems. I will be using a new Olfa blade for this task.

Detail is excellent, including raised rivets and a hole in the backrest for the harness straps.

3d printing is perfect on my sample with no sign of visible striations or other imperfections.

Photo-etched harness straps are included.

Instructions are included too.

And at USD$5.95, it's a steal!

Conclusion

Eduard's accessories reviewed here are very handy for the Airfix 1/48 Bulldog Mk.II.

The use of the LOOK resin instrument panel will result in a better detailed cockpit.

The addition of the photo-etched harness straps will also be a highly visible upgrade.

The BRASSIN PRINT wheels and seat are also noticeable improvements compared to the kit parts.
