It's not a new idea, but it is new from Eduard.
Eduard has introduced a new line of 3d printed aircraft seats with integral straps and hardware printed in place. Each of the seats have been designed to work with the seat mounts of the noted donor kit.

The resulting one-piece seats look fantastic. I particularly like the 3d-nature of the straps themselves. They look very convincing and they will lend character to your cockpits.
My samples are printed perfectly with no striations or other imprefections present anywhere that I can see, even under the magnification of photography.
The narrow strips between the bottom of the seats and their printing bases will be familiar to anyone who has worked on 3d printed parts. Cleanup will be fast and easy.
I am reviewing four sets plus a fifth that does not have resin belts but the more prevalent photo-etch.
Rather than waste too much time repeating this description, I will show you photos of each of the seats.
These are a great addition to Eduard's range and I hope that we see expansion into new subjects and scales soon!
