Euro Decals has just released a new 1/32 scale decal set covering the colourful markings of "Blackjack" RAF 2021 Display Eurofighter Typhoon.

Markings are for a single aircraft, but what a scheme!

This aircraft was flown by Flight Lieutenant James Sainty of 29 Squadron RAF based at RAF Coningsby in July 2021.

Instructions for the decal sheet are in full colour across two A4 sheets.

Model paint callouts are offered for Humbrol, Xtracolour, Xtracrylix and Lifecolor plus BS numbers.

The bold scheme is made up from three waterslidedecal sheets - two 8" x 10" plus one 2.5" x 11" sized sheet of waterslide decals. The smaller sheet includes strips of spare red and blue decal film.

All are printed perfectly with precise registration and rich color saturation.

The instructions do not mention which kit the decals are designed for but the consensus seems to be that the older Revell kit (released in 2009) is more accurate, a better fit and lower priced than the 2015 Trumpeter kit.

This decal release will offer a large splash of colour for anyone building the Revell or Trumpeter 1/32 scal Eurofighter Typhoon kits.
