Lockheed C-130 Hercules Collection Pt.2

Xtradecal has just released a brand new decal sheet covering the Lockheed C-130 in 1/72 scale.

These are perfect timing for the new Zvezda 1/72 scale C-130H and forthcoming C-130J, but should be suitable for other 1/72 scale Hercules kits too.

Three options with interesting markings are offered. These comprise one C-130H and two C-130Js

Details are as follows:

• Lockheed (C-130J) Hercules 702, of Admin Flight, Royal Bahrain Air Force, based at Sakhir Air Base, Bahrain, 2018.

• Lockheed C-130H Hercules G-781, of 336 Squadron, Royal Netherlands Air Force, based at Eindhoven Air Base, Netherlands, October, 2019.

• Lockheed C-130J Hercules 99-5479, of Bangladesh Air Force, based at Bangabandhu Air Base, Bangladesh, 25 August, 2019..

Instructions for the decal sheet are in full colour across one folded double-sided A4 and one double-sided A5 sheets.

Both side views are provided for the three aircraft plus upper views and scrap lower views.

Colour notes are offered, along with model paint callouts for Xtracolor enamels and Xtracrylix acrylics.

The decals are perfectly printed and feature thin carrier film. National markings for all three options are included.

This release will offer welcome variety for anyone planning to build the new 1/72 scale Zvezda Herc kits.
