Hasegawa's 1/32 scale
Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6
by Chris Uden

This is my 1/32 Gustav. I was inspired to build this, by my great friend Martin.
I’d never built a Messerschmitt Bf 109 G model before and I thoroughly enjoyed Hasegawa’s kit.

The build presented no problems, but the masking and spraying of the Montex masks took a great deal of time and patience.

I used the kit decals for the dashed red lines on the wings, but they look really poor and I should have painted them.
Anyway, I’m pleased with it and it looks great next to my JV44 Dora: an RAF multi-engined build next, for some relief from those Montex masks...
