The 15th of August was the 80th Anniversary of Battle of Britain Day.

Both models were built using the Hasegawa 1:32 scale kits.

The Spitfire Mk II is the aircraft of 118 Squadron pilot A.S.C. Lumsden Ibsley AB May 1941.

The Messerschmitt 109 represents the aircraft of Adolf Galland Jagdgeschwader 26 Schlageter.
