Advantages:

Beautifully etched parts with some very fine detail in the cockpit panels; instructions are excellent.

Disadvantages:

None noted except the caveat about handling tiny PE parts.

Conclusions:

A great set of details to enhance the Roden kit and one that will look just wonderful when incorporated into a model.

FirstLook

 

This is a pretty detailed two fret set that covers a mass of interior and some exterior details.

The cockpit gets some exquisite seats and their frames, as well at instrument and radio compartment panels that are complemented by acetate dial inserts.

The nose gets some external panel, aerial and hatch details while there is an amazing entrance ladder construction that will require care in assembly and painting but which will look stupendous in place.

Undercarriage doors get detailed edging strips and there are four sets of static wicks for the flying surfaces.

Instructions are on both sides of an A5 sheet and are clear about which parts are replaced by PE and where parts go in and on the airframe.
