This release has 14 subjects made up of various Bf 109s, Bf 110s, Fw 190s, and a single Fw 58; a type not often featured in aftermarket decals. All of the options are interesting and appealing in my opinion.

The coloured placement guide provides port and starboard profiles for each of the subjects, along with small upper and lower surface plan views. Each of the schemes include modeller’s notes providing useful information focused mainly on subtleties of the paint finish and markings, but also covering non-standard features where applicable.   


 

The Decals

The decals are supplied in Xtradecal’s usual polythene zip-lock bag. They appear superbly printed by Microscale Decals, with excellent colour density and registration.

 

 

National insignia are provided including swastikas.  

 

 

C o n c l u s i o n

 

These are superbly well produced decals, and represent excellent value.
