Eduard's 1/48 SE5a Propeller is available online from Squadron.com
Eduard’s new-tool SE5a kits have made an impressive debut on the market this year with a Wolseley Viper engine version, a Hispano Suiza-engine version and a lavish Royal Class boxing released to general acclaim.
Whether these kits need resin accessories depends very much on the individual’s taste. But there’s no question Eduard’s Brassin range is the best resin on the market and Eduard has released a series of Brassin add-ons to enhance their SE5a range.
This aftermarket set offers a two-blade (left rotating) propeller and is cast in finely detailed resin for the propeller blade and boss, and four photo etch elements.
The instructions paper clearly shows how these parts should be used while a Pdf of the instructions is also available on Eduard’s website at: https://www.eduard.com/store/out/media/648296.pdf
While intended for Eduard’s SE5a’s, these Brassin sets could also be adapted to other kits of the famous WWI fighter.
Eduard’s SE5a Brassin range will appeal to modellers seeking then finest detail for their builds and has the added benefit of enhancing other 1/48 scale SE5a projects too.
Thanks to Eduard for the sample
