Luftwaffe Heavy Fighter Crosses for Messerschmitt Bf 110, Dornier Do 17 and Junkers Ju 88

Xtradecal has released a number of new decal sheets with national markings for Luftwaffe aircraft.

The second of these is Item No. X48166 - Luftwaffe Heavy Fighter Crosses for Messerschmitt Bf 110, Dornier Do 17 and Junkers Ju 88.

This set provides 16 crosses for Bf 110s, 6 for Do 17s and 10 for Ju 88s. Even taking variations into account, there are markings for at least two full Bf 110s and one each Do 17 and Ju 88. The Ju 88 crosses include the hard-to-find grey skeleton crosses.

Swastikas are not included with this release, but may be found on Xtradecal's decal sheet X48019.

Instructions for the decal sheet are in full colour on the rear of the single A5 cover sheet. A useful guide for the location of each of the decals for the three aircraft types accompanies a single colour side view of a Bf 110 C, Do 17 Z and Junkers Ju 88 C.

The decals are beautifully printed and feature thin carrier film. Please note that the Ju 88 crosses are in the bottom left hand corner numbered 12-16. The actual label "Ju 88 C/R" has found itself in the Bf 110 section, but you can safely disregard this.

This is a high quality decal release that will be an essential companion for Luftwaffe modellers
