Copper State Models, 1/32 scale

Copper State Models was reborn recently with new ownership and a brand new 1/48 scale injection moulded kit of the Sopwith Dolphin. This is an excellent kit that was reviewed on HyperScale earlier this year.

Copper State continues its transformation with a new range of resin WWI pilot and crew figures in 1/32 and 1/48 scales.

Today we are examining the 1/32 scale figures.

There is a wide variety to choose from, including British, German and Russian. A number of these releases are packaged as three-figure sets for specific aircraft.

Please note that the figures from the two and three crew sets are also available from Copper State as individual figures.

The casting quality is excellent, with just a few minor casting stems to clean up.

The specific 1/32 scale figures provided for review are:

#F32-001 - Russian Pilot

#F32-002 - RFC Pilot

#F32-003 - British Pilot

#F32-004 - German Aerodrome Personnel with Grenade Crate

#F32-007 - RNAS Pilot

#F32-008 - Gotha Bomber Crew

#F32-013 - German Bomber Ground Personnel N.1

#F32-016 - Gotha Bomber German 2nd Crew

Any of the indivudual figures could be used as standalone subjects or posed with a relevant 1/32 scale model.

It is great to see Copper State Models branching out into 1/32 scale figures.

These figures are all well sculpted, and they will really help tell a story in concert with your 1/32 scale aircraft models.

Even if you don't see yourself as a figure modeller, grab yourself one of these figures and have a go!
