Here is my Hasegawa 1:48 scale Macchi C.202 Folgore.

I have chosen to represent a serie II MM 7712 of sottotenente JACOPO FRIGERIO, 97' squadriglia, 9' gruppo, 4 stormo, Comiso, 4 settembre 1941.

I used the Jaguar resin interior and wheel well set to enhance Hasegawa's kit.

The kit is very accurate and does not need many improvements.

Then the cockpit was painted with mix of 50% green (Gunze H 312) and 50% gray (Gunze H 323) and then weathered with oil paint for artists (Van Dyke Brown)

As regards the upper surfaces I used the (gunze H 302) "verde mimetico 3".

About the mottles was in "marrone mimetico" (gunze H 310)...with inside "giallo mimetico" (gunze H 71). The lowersurfaces are in "grigio mimetico" (gunze H 324). The engine cowling was painted in "giallo cromo" (gunze H 413).
