Description

I came across photographs depicting heavily stained IDF F-15B. It was a welcomed deviation from the spotless appearance of most aircraft of the type.

The model builds well with good fit of parts, but requires considerable attention especially with respect to decal placement.

In hindsight, the sturdy looking main undercarriages do not take the heavy model weight well. You would prefer to have them the last parts glued. Also, front and main fuselage joint may be problematic.

Loose canopy, drop tanks and intakes were retained to keep future options open.
