The Kh-25/Kh-25M (AS-10 'Karen') is a family of Soviet lightweight air-to-ground missiles with a modular range of guidance systems and a range of 10 km. The anti-radar variant (Kh-25MP) is known to NATO as the AS-12 'Kegler' and has a range up to 40 km. Designed by Zvezda-Strela, the Kh-25 is derived from the laser-guided version of their Kh-23 (AS-7 'Kerry'). It has now been succeeded by the Kh-38 family, but the Kh-25 remains in widespread use.

In both cases, the missile parts and decals come packaged in a resealable cellophane bag with a card. Attached to the card stiffener are fold-out instructions. English and Russian text includes an overview of the weapons, their colours, characteristics and dimensions.
The instructions use clear drawings, and also indicate which aircraft the rocket launchers can be used with; these being:
-
Kh-25MP: Su-17M3, Su-17M4, Su-22M3, Su-22M4, Su-24M, MiG-27M, MiG-27D & MiG-27K.
-
Kh-25ML: Su-17, Su-17M, Su-22M, Su-24M, Su-25, MiG-27K, MiG-27M & MiG-27D.
The detail is superb for the scale, and very delicate; with casting that appears flawless. They make any injected kit weapons instantly redundant, and are as good as I can recall resin any after-market rocket launchers being in this scale. Assembly should be a breeze, with easy to remove casting blocks, but there are four very small canard fins to each missile, and two quite small clear seeker heads for the Kh-25ML. A nice touch is the way the ML seeker heads, and the MP warhead, both plug-fit into a circular recess within the missile fuselage. Launch rails are also included with both sets. The decal sheets provide stencil markings for the weapons, and appear to be of good quality too.
I have included an image from Advanced Modeling of the Kh-25ML, but unfortunately do not have any of the Kh-25MP that can be published within this review, although you can see one by clicking here.
