The Yokosuka MXY7 Ohka, "cherry blossom"; was a purpose-built, rocket powered human-guided anti-shipping kamikaze attack plane employed by Japan towards the end of World War II. United States sailors gave the aircraft the nickname Baka (Japanese for "fool" or "idiot").

The kit comes in a small end-opening box with a photo of the finished model artwork on its front. The instructions have a parts map and use a diagrammatic format that is easy to follow. There are a few simple written instructions in English and Czech. Simple painting instructions use generic colour names; and no colour call-outs for the cockpit are provided. This is a very simple kit, but its small scale does mean some of the PE parts are miniscule in size. They are packaged in two stapled cellophane bags, and all of the components are good quality, regardless of the media used.

The cockpit detail consists of a seat, harness, control column, aiming sight, and headrest; all being PE parts. The cockpit is topped off with a vac-form canopy, of which two copies are provided. Only six resin parts make up the airframe. A PE pitot and optional PE control surface actuators complete this. The very small decal sheet provides a choice of two different aircraft numbers, and what I assume is a chrysanthemum symbol.
