Max Decals have a track record for tacking the road less travelled when it comes to subject selection for their decal sheets and this very colourful sheet continues that tradition.

The decals are in perfect register with well defined edges. The colours are vibrant and appear to have no transparency issues. In the case of the white decals, these have been double printed to ensure there are no transparency problems. Three view paint markings (albeit small) are supplied which is great to see as some manufacturers tend to only supply a left or right elevation plan of the scheme. My only issue with the paint schemes is that the written description of the colours suggested isn’t all that helpful. Max Decals could have at least supplied a starting point for the colours by perhaps referencing some of the well know enamel/acrylic brands.

Conclusion

For the fans of the smaller air forces these decals sit smack bang in the middle of your interest area and if you like colourful schemes then these will keep you happy too. It’s great to see Max Decals keeping us in supply with colourful markings.

Recommended.
