The detail set reviewed here comes in a cellophane bag stapled to a card header, and includes instructions. The PE fret is produced to a very high standard. This set is intended for ICM's Type XXIII kit.

The set includes hand rails, steps and decking for the conning tower, along with a number of grills and plates for the hull. The parts are produced to a high standard, and should add some nice finesse to a model of the Type XXIII in this comparatively large scale for maritime models.

I have used some of Brengun’s own images from their website as they illustrate the assembled item which is often more informative than an image of a PE fret alone.
