MiG-21s have a lot of stencils markings, so these are a must have.

Eduard has been releasing a lot of decal sets over the last 12 months, this time for the 1/72 MiG-21BIS. There are a few 1/72 kit  manufactures to choose from and while the instructions do not specify which kit they are for, due to their size there should be no problems using these on your preferred kit. The decals are produced in the Czech Republic and include maintenance stencils in black and blue variants, plus other stencils in red, white, and green. The stencils cover the airframe, pylons, and weapons all in Russian, which is a nice touch.

 The MiG-21 family of aircraft are covered in stencils with this set consisting of 170 individual stencils, so you will need plenty of patience when applying these. Eduard’s website has a PDF file of the instructions for those that would like a close look at what the stencils actually cover.

 

Conclusion

Highly recommend for those with good eyesight; these will certainly make your 1/72 MiG stand out.
