PJ Productions has produced a fine conversion set to convert a PJ Mirage IIIE kit to replicate the Chilean Air Force Mirage MirSip/ Elkan single and dual seat versions. 

 

 

The PJ Production conversion includes some nice resin details as follows:

  • Under nose Flir for single seat
  • Instrument Panels
  • Canards
  • An etched metal fret contains ;
  • Pitot probes
  • Nose Strakes for single and dual seat versions
  • Fin antennae
  • UHF Antennae

Overall a nice detail set that save some difficult scratch building

 

PJ Production 1/72 AMD Mirage III RD Nose Conversion

A very simple conversion that allows a Mirage III RD to be built.  The replacement nose is cast in clear resin that allows the modeller  to mask the cameras windows and then paint the nose. 

 

 

This is a very simple but excellent conversion that looks to be a straightforward drop in replacement.

 

 

Both highly recommended.
