Both of these atom-bombs are nicely executed with plenty of detail for the scale -  Recommended.

These sets come in Brengun’s standard card header with cellophane bag attached by staples. No painting instructions are provided, so some research will be needed for accurate finishing.

 

 

Brengun has issued a number of B-29 sets in 1/144-scale, and these bombs presumably follow on with this theme, although they could also stand as model in their own right. Indeed, there would seem little point installing them in a 1/144th B-29, but they would look interesting next to a miniature Enola Gay or Bock’s Car.

Both resin bomb cases are nicely mastered and crisply cast. Much of the assembly challenge will lie with the numerous PE parts that go to make up the tail fin assembly and various antennae and other small details, especially in the case of the Fat Man bomb.

Both of these atom-bombs are nicely executed with plenty of detail for the scale.
