Eduard's 1/48 scale Fokker D.VII OAW is available onine from Squadron
This is my 1/48 Eduard Profipack Fokker D VII O.A.W. flown by Carl Degelow, last Pour le Merit winner for his 30 victories in WW I
The Cockpit has been modified reproducing the tubolar structure in stirene.
Interior has been painted with Vallejo acrilics and Tamyia yellow and orange transparent fort he woodden floor.
Engine bay has been completaly rebuild in stirene, the Mercedes engine is a mix of kit and Vector parts.
Propeller has been build in real wood, gluing together with cyano, 7 layers of 0.4mm thick dark and light wood.
All exterior has been painted with Tamyia Acrilics, for the Lozenge I used Montx Masks, I create my own mix, i do not know if they are correct, but I like them.
The wing has been then covered with Micro Sculpt linen texture decal cut in small stripe wich fit between rib tape and do not cover crosses and white band.
Figures are Jaguar, painted with Vallejo Acrilics.
The hole on the wooden base will be covered by a metal tag with pilot nand aircraft informations, unfortunately not yet readywhen I get pics.
