Disadvantages:

None apparent.

Conclusions:

An excellent complement to the Academy/Italeri and I should think the Hobby Boss kits too - Recommended.

From Resin Art’s “Simple” range are replacement wheels intended for the 1/48 scale F-111A/D/E/F and F-111 C/G kits by Academy/Italeri.

The parts come in a vac-form blister pack with self-evident diagrammatic instructions and notes in English and Czech. Colour call-outs are generic.

The parts themselves are crisply cast in a green resin on easily removed fine casting blocks. Detail levels and finesse are to the highest standards.

 

 

Conclusion

 

These are excellent replacement wheels for the Academy/Italeri series of F-111 kits, and I should think they would be equally well suited to the more recently released Hobby Boss kit as well.

Recommended.
