Hasegawa's 1/32 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190 A-6 os a pleasant model to assemble that I painted, according to me, what
is one of the "sexiest" decorations ever realized on a Focke Wulf 190, that is the camouflage found on the JG 54 planes in summer 43 during the Battle of Kursk.
The challenge was to moderately and realistically weather the model,
taking into account that despite the very dusty environment in which the
planes operated, they were brand new when they arrived into combat in
the "Orel Hell".
Otherwise, the model is mainly assembled straight from the box with some
extra work for making what looks like a functional canopy opening
system.
