Quickboost continues its prolific release schedule with 12 recent
offerings in 1/48 scale.
All the sets are perfectly cast in grey resin with
minimal cleanup required. Consistent with Quickboost's philosophy to
date, each set has been designed with a minimum of
parts, and should be straightforward to assemble
Most are self-explanatory:
QB 48 258 - Spitfire Mk.XIVe Gun Barrels for Academy
QB 48 259 - Hurricane External Fuel Tanks for Hasegawa
QB 48 260 - Junkers Ju 87 Stuka Uncovered Wheels II
A simple yet fabulous way to customise your Ju 87 D/G Stukas. I love these! The main gear legs and oleo scissors are case deep underneath the flexible skirts.
QB 48 261 - MiG-17F Corrected Ventral Fin for HobbyBoss
QB 48 262 - F-105 Corrected Ventral Fin for HobbyBoss
QB 48 263 - Spitfire LF.IXe Exhaust for ICM
QB 48 264 - Typhoon Mk.Ib Cannon Barrels for Hasegawa
QB 48 265 - Junkers Ju 88 VS-11 Propeller for Dragon
QB 48 266 - F-105 Air Scoops for Trumpeter
QB 48 267 - SB2C Helldiver Air Scoops (although they are clearly undercarriage doors!)
Yes, the label says that they are air scoops, but I think they will work better as main undercarriage doors for either the original Revell-Monogram Helldiver kit or the Accurate Miniatures re-packaging.
QB 48 268 - Spitfire de Havilland Propeller for Tamiya
QB 48 269 - Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6 Propeller for Hasegawa
All Recommended.
