Quickboost continues its prolific release schedule with ten recent
offerings in 1/72 scale.
All the sets are perfectly cast in grey resin with
minimal cleanup required. Consistent with Quickboost's philosophy to
date, each set has been designed with a minimum of
parts, and should be straightforward to assemble
Most are self-explanatory:
QB 72 209 - BAC Lightning Air Intake for Trumpeter
A very finely cast replacement for the polished metal nose ring at the intake of the Trumpeter Lightning kit.
QB 72 210 - Hurricane External Fuel Tank for Hasegawa
Two wing tanks with mounts cast in place.
QB 72 211 - Hurricane de Havilland Prop for Hasegawa
Includes a pointed spinner and a jig to align the propeller blades.
QB 72 212 - MiG-29A Sensing Units for Italeri
QB 72 213 - F-105 Corrected Ventral Fin for Trumpeter
QB 72 214 - Hawker Typhoon Exhausts for HobbyBoss
Lovely replacement exhausts, delicately detailed, flared and hollowed out at the end of each stack.
QB 72 215 - Hurricane Mk.I Rotol Prop
Includes a long Rotol spinner and a jig to align the propeller blades.
QB 72 216 - TA-7C Corsair II Drag Chute Housing for HobbyBoss
QB 72 217 - F-105 Pitot Tube for Trumpeter
QB 72 218 - Wellington Fuel Outlet Pipe - Closed Flap for Trumpeter
QB 72 219 - Messerschmitt Bf 109 F Exhaust for Fine Molds
Although this is specified as the Bf 109 F variant, it should be suitable for all 1/72 Fine Molds kits from the Bf 109 F, G and K.
