Tamiya's 1/48 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190 F-8/9 available online from Squadron.com
Here is my recently completed 1/48 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190 F-8.
Although both the new Hasegawa and Eduard kits have superceded Tamiya's Wurger in terms of accuracy and detail, I needed a quick build and I had this one handy.
The model was built straight from the box with the exception of an Ultracast seat and main wheels.

This is a machine that operated in Czech territory in the closing weeks of the war. I love the piebald camouflage of these late-war Eastern and Southern Front Fw 190s.
Markings are from an old Cutting Edge decal sheet, CED48166.
My Wurger was painted using the Testor Aztek airbrush. I used Floquil Flat Clear for the first time on this project, thinned with lacquer thinners. I was very pleased with the result.
This model waill appear in a forthcoming book from Classic Publications due for release late this year.
