CMR's 1/72 scale Beaching Trolley is available online from Squadron.com

For those of us that have built CMR’s Hansa W.20, there was always the problem of how to display it. Being a flying boat, it needs either a water diorama or “stand” to help support it.

This neat 1/72 scale kit resolves the problem by offering the modeller a “beaching trolley” and “saw horse”.

There are 12 buff coloured resin pieces and each is well cast with no visible defects.

The detail is exquisite and cleaning up of the parts should be no problem at all.

Assembly is very simple and the single sheet instructions clearly show where everything should go. A painting guide is provided and the box art reveals how the completed items come together.

To show that such an arrangement was used,a black and white period photograph is included as “proof of concept”.

The resin items are sealed in a plastic bag and a cardboard box assures that the contents will stay safe during transit.
