RB Productions has expanded their range of accessories to include several 1/32 scale seat belts.
RB-P32008 is a 1/32 scale set of harness straps for USAAF and USN fighter aircraft. The seat belts are available in either off-white or dark green.
The set includes a small photo-etched set containing buckles and other hardware. The harness straps themselves are supplied in pre-coloured die-cut paper. The paper straps are attached to a backing sheet and may be easily lifted with the tip of a hobby knife. The paper straps are then threaded through the various photo-etched parts to deliver a very convincing result. The brown leather anti-chafing pad is also supplied as a die-cut paper piece.
Instructions are provided on a small piece of paper with plenty of clear diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
A keen eye and a steady hand will be needed for some of the folding and threading, but the effort will be well worthwhile in this large scale.
