Hasegawa's 1/48 scale J-35 Draken will be available online from Squadron.com

Here are some images of my latest model, the brand new 1/48 scale Saab J-35 Draken from Hasegawa.

I built the kit straight from the box, but concentrated on getting the finish as close as I could to a picture of this aircraft in Airlife's 'Nordic Airpower'. As such, there are painted details around the aircraft, especially the back end, that are not pointed out in the instructions, but help to bulk-out the finish.

The weapons were taken from a Hasegawa F-4C/D and the underwing tanks from a spare kit - the latter adding to the look of the completed model no end I think!
