Colin from Freightdog Productions has supplied
some information and images about their debut decal release:
Here are some Preview images of Freightdog Productions' first decal release.
The A5 decal sheet has been designed by Jon Freeman and is
being screen printed by Fantasy Printshop. It will include marking for two
RAF Neptune P2V-5s, in either 36 sqn and 1453 (Early Warning) flt covering
1953 to 1957, and eight Avro Vulcan B2s including Corporate, 230 OCU, 27,
35, 44, 50, and 617sqn covering 1970 to 1984. Also includes one full set of
stencils to replace the inferior Airfix kit examples and dayglo orange
stripes for the K2 variant operated by 50sqn from 1982-84.
The Neptune option requires the Revell boxing of the old Hasegawa kit (for
stenciling), along with the Falcon P2V-5 vacform conversion set. The Vulcan
options are for the Airfix kit, to produce the K2 of 50 sqn you also need
the Flightpath etched brass conversion set.
More sheets will follow, when I can make up my mind what to ask Jon to do!
