I would like to announce a new aftermarket accessory company, Royale Resin. As I was working on my Trumpeter Wellington, I decided to scratch build the wheel bays. When I took it to my model club meeting, a friend of mine said that he wanted a copy for himself. So I figured, if I am going to make a mold anyway, I might as well share them with others. So, a new company is born – very small, though, very small.

The sets that I will be coming out with are designed from the modeler's point of view. What I mean is, the sets that I make are done because I am working on that model. So, I design them so that they are as easy to use as possible for me, and therefore the customer as well.

My first two sets deal with Trumpeter's 1/48 scale Wellington.

R001 – Wellington Wheel bays

Consisting of 25 parts, this set is made to completely replace the non-detailed, ill-fitting Trumpeter parts. The thing I want to stress the most about this set is that it is drop-fit! You do not have to alter the kit parts at all, no sanding, grinding, cursing, etc. All you have to do is remove the parts from the casting blocks, paint them, and then install them. Simple stuff. Parts include: new side walls, bulkhead, ceiling, and landing gear doors (with NO ejector pin marks), and a tail wheel bay. This will give you fully boxed in wheel bays.
