1/32 scale Photo-Etched Sets
32 593 - Fw 190 Placards for new
Hasegawa kits (Colour)
The addition of placards to any cockpit in the large
scale of 1/32 will be very noticeable, so this new Placard set fro
Hasegawa's 1/32 scale Fw 190 family will be very welcome. As usual with
Eduard's colour photo-etched parts, printing is crisp and all text is
readable, albeit a magnifying glass is required for some! This will be a
great addition to any 1/32 scale Wurger.
32 594 - Ju 87 D Stuka Interior for Hasegawa (Colour - also pictured at
top of page)
The long cockpit under the large glasshouse canopy of
the Junkers Ju 87 D Stuka is very obvious from outside the model. Eduard
has addressed this issue with their big photo-etched interior set.
The instrument panel and radio set is the focus of the
colour fret, while large and small interior and structural details are
covered in the standard unpainted metal.
Incredibly, Eduard seems to have replicated the "crinkle
finish" on the instrument panel and radios.
Harnesses are not included in this set, but are
available from Eduard as a separate colour photo-etched set.

32 167 - Ju 87 D Stuka Exterior for Hasegawa
Radiators, exhausts, undercarriage and more are also
seriously detailed with this large single photo-etched fret for
Hasegawa's 1/32 scale Junkers Ju 87 D Stuka.

1/24 Scale Photo-Etched Set
23 010 - Bf 109 K-4 Placards for
Trumpeter
The addition of placards to any cockpit in the large
scale of 1/24 will be very noticeable, so this new Placard set fro
Trumpeter's 1/24 scale Messerschmitt Bf 109 K-4 will be very welcome. As
usual with Eduard's colour photo-etched parts, printing is crisp.
Placards are supplied for the cockpit and the exterior. This will
be a great addition to any 1/24 scale Kurfurst.
Masks 1/72
Eduard CX 183 - Ju 88 G for Hasegawa
Eduard CX 186 - Wellington Mk.III for MPM
Eduard 48 557 - Fw 190 A-5
Eduard's masks are now all produced in the flexible
yellow material similar to that used for Tamiya's masking tape. The
masks are strong and flexible, with adhesive that does not let paint
"bleed" under the edges. They do not leave marks on the clear parts
after removal either.
This months highlights include masks for several
potential masking horror stories. Who really wants to sit for a few
hours cutting out masks for glasshouse canopies such as a 1/72 scale
Junkers Ju 88 G or a Wellington? Come on, hands up!
These pre-cut masks will eliminate the tedium of this
task, and will deliver a much more precise and accurate result that most
of us could manage.
All Recommended.
