Beautifully moulded in the usual pale yellow resin, CMK
has captured the fine detail to be found in the Barak’s enlarged spine.
The set is designed for the Hasegawa F-16D Block 30 kit. The set
contains 24 resin parts and 51 etched metal parts and a decal sheet with
the basic data decals for the Barak.
No
major surgery of the kit is required to install this conversion set. The
assembly process is relatively with the parts just a simple add on.
The etched metal set contains the many anti static wicks
for the tail planes, elevators and rudder. 3 alternates are provided for
chaff/flare dispensers as are 2 alternate ECM fittings for the tail.
The larger ECM bulges are provided to fit over the
smaller kit antennae along with the standoffs that fite under the intake
mounted navigation lights.
In summary, this is an excellent offering from CMK, but a moderate level
of modelling experience is required to install the set.
Highly Recommended.
