Here is my profile of a captured FW 190 A ?, according to a screenshot taken on the Discovery Channel's documentary "B 24 Liberator ", which may be viewed on YouTube! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNFYXjGAiHA

I will be pleased to hear if anybody has more information about the variant, colours or history of this interesting airframe. I made it as a A-3, due to the apparent absence of the prominent triangular antenna post on top on the rudder, and the flat gun cowl.
