This is Hasegawa's reissue of their 1/18 scale "Museum Series" Fokker
Dr.I. The model was built basically out of box, but what a box! Only
minimal modifications were made.

Though construction is straightforward, building a model of this size
requires constant test fitting and detail painting/weathering.
Considering the actual size of the parts, normal scale weathering
techniques proved inadequate to represent the correct feel. Therefore, I
ultimately used paints to imitate each every material's unique texture.

Now here is how it turned out.
I hope that you will enjoy it!
