Revell's 1/72 scale Heinkel He 177 A-5 is available from Squadron.com

Here is German-Revell’s 1/72 scale Heinkel Ｈe177 A-5 “Greif with FritzX”.

We have exhibited our works at the Shizuoka Hobby Show in May every year. I challenged the Master Class of JMC contest (Joyful Modelers Convention with Hasegawa) with this work in 2005.

The main modifications to this model are as follows:

• I added various scratch built parts inside of the cockpit .

• On the surface, I thinned the panel lines, reproduced the difference of the seam of the panel by filling with super glue, and reproduced the rivets by using Hasegawa’s etching saw.

• All of the clear parts were replaced with scratch built parts.

• All markings were painted on.

• The flaps and the elevators were repositioned into the lowered state.

I did not use any after market parts at all.
