Hasegawa's 1/48 scale Spitfire Vb "Malta Island" is available online from  Squadron.com

Here are several images of Hasagawa's 1/48 scale Spitfire Mk.Vb "Nightfighter".

The model was first painted in the standard Type 1 camouflage pattern, then oversprayed with a thin mixture of flat black.

Subtle chipping was achieved with a silver artist's pencil.
