Well here they are again - the Custom Dioramics 1/35 scale University
Professor and the Pharmacist, only now they have had a change of
occupation!
They are a pair of gun-toting heavies
working for a crime boss in the late 1940s.
The base of a piece of Firestorm
cobblestone paving cut to shape. The light post is made of brass tubing
bent to shape with a Robbe light set originally designed for radio
controlled boats. The light actually does work via a switch and battery
installed underneath the base.

There are a few additional items on the
base including a pair of feet representing our heavies' latest business
victim, a suitcase, cash and expended shell casings.
It was fun doing this vignette as it made a
real change from military subjects. I think it also demonstrates what a
little imagination and modification can achieve without going over the
top on a modelling project.
Happy modelling.
P.S. Fat Tony sends his regards!
