Heinkel He 280

Eduard's 1/48 scale Heinkel He 280 is available online from Squadron.com

This is Eduard's 1/48 Heinkel He 280 Profipack.

The kit is really lovely and should be welcomed by all Luftwaffe model fans. However, the cockpit and wheel wells detail are a bit simplified, possibly due to lack of availability of a full scale counterpart.

The model only took me one weekend to build, basically straight from the box, with only a few details added on the cockpit sidewall and nose wheel bay. Overall fit of the parts is nearly perfect.

The paint scheme is RLM 02 Grey inside and out.
