Focke-Wulf Fw 190F-9

This model is based on Tamiya’s 1/48 scale Fw 190F-8 kit I installed Cavalier’s radial engine detail set.

Parts used for modification to cockpit, auxiliary fuel tank compartment and tail wheel adjustment compartment were taken from Verlinden’s Fw 190A-8 and D-9 detail sets (click the thumbnail to the left to view larger image).

True Detail wheels replaced the kit wheels. Decals used are AeroMaster No. 48-103, “Butcher Birds Part III”.
