Here are four images of my recently finished 1/48 scale
Hasagawa Douglas A-4C Skyhawk. The kit was built straight from the box with no
problems encountered during the assembly phase.
The markings for this model came from CAM decal sheet #48-040.

This A-4C served with squadron VSF-1 War Eagles aboard the USS Independence
(CVA-62) in 1968. The primary mission of the VSF detachment was to fly CAP
(Combat Air Patrol) over its CVS ( anti-submarine warfare) aircraft carrier. The
VSF detachment was also responsible for light attack missions and, on occasion,
to refuel.
