Revell-Monogram's 1/48 scale Typhoon is available online from Squadron.com

I built this Hawker Typhoon Mk.1B using the old 1/48 scale Monogram kit.

I removed the raised panel lines and  rescribed them. I used the KMC.update set and their control surfaces set, including flaps. The cannon are scratchbuilt from brass rod. Rocket rails are also scratchbuilt. These are fitted with rockets plundered from my Airfix Mk. 22 Spitfire kit.

I also used a Squadron canopy and Aeromaster decals "Storms in the Sky Part 4".

I finished the model off with some hydraulic brake lines and scratch built navigation lights.
