P-51D Mustang

 Tamiya's 1/72 scale P-51D Mustang is available online at Squadron

Here are some photos of my Tamiya 1/72 scale P-51D Mustang finished in Israeli markings.

I replaced the kit canopy with Hasegawa's in order to get a better look in the open position. The interior received extra details using plastic card and some photoetched parts.

The model was painted using automotive paint. The wheels are from True Details and the bombs are from Hi-Tech.

Decals are from Isradecal, sheet IAF-7 and depicts the Mustang 54 operated by The Flying Wing squadron.
