Westland Lysander

Gavia's 1/48 scale Lysander Mk.III is available online from Squadron.com

Here is Gavia's recently released Westland Lysander in 1/48 scale.

I employed the Eduard etched metal set. This was originally intended for the old Testors Lysander so I only used the seats, harnesses and some sidewall detail in the cockpit.

The mounting points for the wing struts had to be moved 5mm inboard to achieve the correct dihedral.

I used Gunze RAF Dark Green, Dark Earth and Sky. Kit decals finished off this project.
