Tamiya's
1/35 scale Leopard 2A5 is available online from Squadron.com
First thing's first. I'm not generally an armour
modeller, but occasionally I do get hit by the bug, and this is the
result - my first armour subject for over two years!

Couple this with my taking delivery of a new
digital camera and I thought maybe this will be considered good enough
for a spot of HyperScale.

The model is the Tamiya Leopard 2A5 KWS, built
straight from the box in a little over a week. The only additions were
some tissue paper rolls in the rear turret bins.

Paint is Humbrol and the final flat finish Polly
Scale acrylic. Weathering was done with an oil wash and oil paint/enamel
mixed for dry brushing. The dust build up around the lower area is a
heavily thinned Humbrol dark earth/light grey mix sprayed randomly.
